Edita Shikut from Transcarpathia won the title "Princess of the Europe" at the global competition "Princess of the Globe" held recently in the Turkish city of Bodrum.
The girl adequately represented Ukraine at the international level. Edita is studying abroad, at the Central European University in the city of Skalica, Slovakia.
Edita Shikut is 21 years old and she is working as a model for the "One Models" agency. She has taken part in various city, regional and national beauty contests. Also, she participated in Fashion Weeks in Kosice and Bratislava. Soon she will be representing Transcarpathia at the national contest "Miss Princess Ukraine." And now, she had the honor to represent Ukraine at international level.
"I applied for the international contest, because I was sure that I am ready to compete at this level. I went through the casting and semifinal of the national contest "Miss Princess of Ukraine", which is held at a very serious level. I am very pleased that I adequately represented my native country at the world level and won the title of "Princess of the Europe". Now I want to do something for the society and implement a social project for my native land" – Edita shared her impressions.
The competition "Princess of the Globe" has been held for many years, and Ukrainian girls have won it several times. This year’s competition was held in the city of Bodrum, Turkey, and it was attended by about 50 participants from around the world. The representative of Ukraine won the title "Princess of the Europe".
