In Vynogradiv district, a woman died in an accident

October 11, in the evening, the police of Vynogradiv was reported that near the sign "Korolevo," a car had hit a woman. 

At the scene, the police officers found out that 58-year-old driver of a minibus "Mercedes Sprinter", a resident of the city of Khust, moving along the road from the village of Tekovo toward the village of Korolevo, had hit a pedestrian – 59-year-old resident of Tekovo. The woman was walking in the middle of the road, and the driver noticed her too late in the dark. 

The examination showed that the driver of the "Mercedes" was sober.

The victim died at the scene from her injuries. The police started criminal proceeding over this incident. The car was taken to the impound lot. The circumstances of the accident will be established by the investigation.
