Unemployed persons in Transcarpathia will have access to free legal aid

On Monday, November 21, the Transcarpathian Regional Employment Center and the Regional center of free secondary legal assistance in Transcarpathian region signed a cooperation agreement.

This was announced by the director of the Transcarpathian Regional Employment Center Yuriy Fuschych during the signing of the document with the director of the Regional center of free secondary legal assistance in Transcarpathian region Vasyl Popadynets.

"The purpose of this agreement is to consolidate the efforts of both parties aimed at cooperation in the formation of favorable environment and implementation of effective state policy in the employment sphere and providing more opportunities for access to legal aid for citizens, particularly for people, who appeal to employment centers in Transcarpathian region . The parties will be conducting joint activities to guarantee the protection of constitutional rights, freedoms and legal interests of citizens in the area of ​​employment and compulsory state social insurance against unemployment, protection of the rights of citizens to work and access to legal aid" – he said.

Soon, in all employment centers of Transcarpathia, there will be points of access to legal aid, which will contribute to better implementation of citizens’ right to work and other labor rights.
