People’s Deputy Valeriy Lunchenko declared that he lives in a house in area of 194.90 square meters and has a land lot in area of 525 square meters which he owns jointly with his sister.
His wife Marina owns two plots of land in Khust in area of 425 and 60 square meters and two plots in Shayan in area of 2500 and 4000 square meters, as well as a hotel-restaurant complex (jointly owned with her father and Pavlo Skotny).
No construction in progress or securities were specified in the declaration.
The car BMW made in 2015 belongs to the wife of the People’s Deputy.
Last year, Valeriy Lunchenko received the salary of 78,573 UAH and Mrs. Marina – 708,768 UAH of income from entrepreneurial activities.
As of cash assets, he has 1,800,000 UAH, and his wife – 20,000 EUR.
Valeriy Lunchenko is also the founder of the charitable organization "Valeriy Lunchenko and Miroslav Beletsky Foundation "Our Future".
Well… quite a modest fortune.
