Today, on Teatralna Square, patrol policemen of Uzhgorod and Mukachevo celebrated the first anniversary of the Patrol Police Office in Transcarpathia.
Many guests came to congratulate the policemen, including government officials, law enforcement officers, special guests, representatives of NGOs, journalists and residents of the city.
During the official part of the holiday, besides warm words of congratulations from the management and guests, patrol policemen received special titles, awards and letters of gratitude. The best patrol policemen of the Office were awarded for their professionalism and dedication. Also, there was the official awarding of students, who took part in the competition "Young patrol policemen."
Policemen noted those, who were actively supporting, helping and promoting the development of the Office throughout the year. Thus, representatives of local and general media, activists, businessmen and active citizens of the city received gratitudes from the head of the Patrol Police Office.
The holiday lasted for several hours. The entertainment program consisted of the performances of the choir of the Tchaikovsky children’s music school, the orchestra of the Main Office of the National Police and the traditional performance of traffic controllers.
