From March 31 to April 5 – when many consumers provide actual readings of natural gas meter via the "My Account" web service – some of its functions may be temporarily limited to ensure stable operation.
Remember that in order to form a bill for March, consumers of natural gas in Transcarpathian region should provide the actual readings of gas meters from March 31 to April 5.
Because of the maximum load due to mass use of the service on the site 104.ua, there may be overloading of servers that ensure operation of the site. In this case, during this period, technical support may impose temporary restrictions on the functions of the account.
In particular, the following services may be temporarily unavailable: download of bills for preceding periods and download of application.
The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC suggests customers to use the mentioned services before or after the specified period and apologizes for any inconvenience.
The registration of account at 104.ua is preferable during the periods of the least load on the servers – from 6th to 29th day of a month.
