UzhNU is one the priority partners of the Catholic University of Lublin

A delegation of the Law Faculty of UzhNU consisting of the dean of the faculty, Professor Yaroslav Lazur and the deputy dean for international relations, Associate Professor Oleksandr Bilash visited Lublin Catholic University.

During the visit to Lublin University, representatives of the Law Faculty met with the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration Professor Piotr Staniš and other teachers of the University.

The conversation between the deans dealt with the further development of international cooperation between the two faculties, intensification of student and teacher mobility and exchange, publishing activity, participation of Polish scientists in the specialized scientific council for administrative and constitutional law in UzhNU.

As noted at the meeting by Professor Piotr Staniš, the Law Faculty of UzhNU is a strategic and priority partner of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Catholic University of Lublin thanks to its scientific and international activity, geographical location. Professor Yaroslav Lazur in turn assured that the cooperation with the Lublin University opens new opportunities for academic mobility and scientific growth of teachers and students of the Law Faculty of Uzhgorod National University.

The parties agreed to exchange lecturers within scientific and academic training, which will be provided under supplementary agreement to be signed during VIII Transcarpathian law readings that will take place at the Uzhgorod National University on 21-23 of April, 2016. This year, for the first time the Catholic University of Lublin will be a co-organizer.

Also, the additional agreement on exchange of students and doctoral students will soon be signed in the framework of the program Erasmus+, which will be introduced in 2017.
