It should be noted that civil servants are obliged to follow the rules that govern moral principles of their conduct and require them to comply with the principles of civil service ethics, in particular: serving the state and society, decent behavior, integrity, loyalty, political neutrality, transparency, accountability and integrity.

When taking civil service, an official reads these rules and is obliged to observe them in their future official activities and outside the civil service to avoid actions that could harm the interests of public service or adversely affect the reputation of a civil servant.
