Condominiums are at the door, or Who will be taking care of Uzhgorod residents’ appartments now

The draft decision "On the commission for the write-off of apartment buildings from the municipal balance sheet" will be considered at the regular meeting of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council.

The Commission should cooperate with condominium associations, owners of apartments and non-residential premises in apartment houses.

"The Commission shall bring the information about the adoption of a decision to the knowledge of condominium co-owners by posting it on the official site of Uzhgorod city council and on the notice boards at the entrances of apartment buildings. At the request of the Commission, housing maintenance companies, managers of apartment buildings shall be obliged to provide technical documentation for the house, information about the state of the house that is needed to perform the tasks assigned to it" – the document says.

 Members of the Commission for the write-off of apartment buildings from the municipal balance sheet:

Gabor Oleksandr – the Deputy Mayor, the chairman of the Commission;

Paida Oksana – the Acting Director of the Department of Municipal Economy, the vice-chairman of the Commission;

Kuberka Marina – the head of the Housing and Utilities Maintenance Division of the Housing and Utilities Office of the Municipal Economy Department, the secretary of the Commission.

Ilnytska Lesya – chief specialist of the division for technical supervision over capital repairs of housing facilities of the Department of Municipal Economy;

Kaida Lyudmila – chief specialist of the Housing and Utilities Maintenance Division of the Housing and Utilities Office of the Municipal Economy Department;

Kindrat Vladislav – chief specialist of the division for technical supervision over capital repairs of housing facilities of the Department of Municipal Economy;

Lozan Olexander – chief specialist of the Housing and Utilities Maintenance Division of the Housing and Utilities Office of the Municipal Economy Department;

– A representative of the housing maintenance company, the manager of the apartment building – representative of the condominium, the chairman of the condominium association (by agreement).
