"Zakarpathaz" PJSC: Transcarpathians can take advantage of the service of the contact center
For gas consumers of Transcarpathian region, there is an additional service in place - interactive voice response IVR. The gas company clients can call the contact center of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC at any time of the day to report gas meter readings and receive the latest information related to the use of gas at home.
The IVR service can be reached by calling the contact center (0312) 48-83-04.
IVR operates as an answering machine. It very easy to navigate it, because the information is provided in the form of clusters. For example, to report meter readings without waiting for operator, press "2". Then, following the voice prompts from the menu, enter the number of the personal account and readings. After that, the customer will be asked to listen to the data and confirm or change them.
To receive answers to frequently asked questions, listen to voice messages of the required thematic cluster. Automated voice messages contain the following information:
"1" - pressing the digit 1, the consumer has the opportunity to listen to the information on natural gas prices, current rates of fuel consumption;
"2" - choosing the digit 2, residents of Transcarpathian region have the opportunity to report gas meter readings at any convenient time;
"3" - in the third thematic cluster, clients of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC can learn about the rules of safe use of gas at homes;
"4" - the fourth thematic cluster will provide information about new services of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC available to residents of the region.
To contact the operator, press "0" in the voice menu. The contact center of the company is available seven days a week, from 8:00 to 20:00.
