Uzhgorod deputies will meet at the session for the “Vodokanal” (DOCUMENT)

On June 15, Uzhgorod mayor signed an order to convene an extraordinary, IV session of Uzhgorod city council of the VII convocation.

The agenda includes only one item: "On the support and authorization for the participation of the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" in the project "Program of the development of municipal infrastructure of Ukraine". 

The draft decision mentions "attraction of a loan from the European Investment Bank in amount of up to 25 million euros to finance the sub-project "Rehabilitation of water supply and drainage system in Uzhgorod", which includes the reconstruction of networks and facilities of drinking water supply and wastewater drainage in Uzhgorod, which are on the balance sheet of the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhhorod."

Also, the draft decisions proposes "to authorize the MU "Vodokanal of Uzhgorod" (Kartashov SO) to sign the relevant applications and necessary documents for participation in the Project, including to enter into the agreement on the transfer of the loan under the terms defined by the Financing Agreement with the European Investment Bank." 

The meeting is scheduled for Friday, June 17, at 10.00.
