Transcarpathians are invited to choose a tourism brand of the region

The market research and monitoring of tourist flows of the region has finished in Transcarpathia. One of its tasks was to develop a project of the tourism brand of the region.

    This was announced by the Director of the Economic Development and Trade Department of the Regional State Administration Denys Man.
For several weeks, the researchers were studying basic necessities of the guests in the region, asking what they and residents of the region associate the uniqueness of Transcarpathia with. As a result, they identified key elements that should be present in the visual image: historical and natural attractions, figures, festivals.
The features of Transcarpathia include mountains and their highest peak Goverla, the Synevyr lake and the Shypit waterfall, the Palanok castle and the Valley of Daffodils, festivals of wine and cheese, hot waters and spas. Designers developing the tourism brand were working with these images.

Expert discussion of the visual images is ongoing, so they have not been published yet. Transcarpathians will be able to choose the best of the three tourism brands starting next week at the information and tourism portal http://www.transcarpathiatour.com.ua.
