Military commissariat of the region completed recruitment and fulfilled the planned target on sending of young recruits to military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine within the conscription campaign "Spring 2016".
In June 2016, conscription of citizens to military service in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service continues.
After completing training in training centers, the majority of border guards and railway workers will return to perform military service in Transarpathian, unlike those recruits who were called up to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Transcarpathia.
The conscripts to be drafted to the National Guard of Ukraine will perform military service in elite units of the city of Zaporizhzhya, where they will be able to master modern types of weapons and military equipment.
Remember that military conscripts under no circumstances will be sent and engaged in participation in the antiterrorist operation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
In addition, according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (dd. August 12, 2015 № 587 "On approval of the payment of cash benefits to citizens of Ukraine called up for military service"), conscripts will be paid cash benefits amounting to two minimum wages, which is 2,900 UAH.
