On the occasion of the International Children’s Day, the third competition for making of Transcarpathian toys was held in the Transcarpathian Regional Local History Museum. It was preceded by workshops from artists and masters of folk art titled "Traditional Transcarpathian toy."
It was initiated and supported by the Department of Culture, the Service for Children of the RSA and of course, the museum staff and members of the regional branch of the National Union of Folk Artists of Ukraine.
Famous artists, researchers and specialists in arts and crafts Natalia Stehura, Oleksandr Harkusha, Lyudmila Hubal, Maria Kupar, Olga Durda, Victoria Simkhovych, Janka Mykyta shared their skills and secrets. Children had a good and interesting time.
