Transcarpathian cash register users reported more than UAH 4 billion of revenue

During the first half of this year, entities – owners of cash registers in Transcarpathian region have sold goods and services at UAH 4.1 billion.

Currently, there are 5849 cash registers registered with the tax inspectorates in the region.

Currently, entities use electronic cash registers, that generate control tape in printed form and submit to the SFS bodies by wire or wireless channels only information about the volume of cash and / or cashless payment transactions stored in their fiscal memory and file electronic copies of settlement documents.

Legal relations in the area of payment transactions are regulated by the Tax Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine of July 6, 1995 № 265/95-VR "On the application of payment transaction registers in trade, catering and services."

Meanwhile, the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, by the order of June 16, 2016 №535 approved the new State Registry of Payment Transaction Registers. It contains a list of cash registers permitted and prohibited for primary registration.
