Beautiful songs and dances to save a life. On Thursday, in Uzhgorod on the cozy terrace of cafe in the city center, a vibrant musical party took place – for the salvation of a wonderful young woman.
Almost all Uzhgorod residents united in recent weeks to save a librarian Yevheniya Napuda. The woman, who is known for organization of interesting events, a volunteer, a young mother and a beauty was diagnosed with a terrible disease. The date of the surgery, which will be done overseas, is already known, and caring citizens are helping Zhenya as they can.
This time, with music. The concert to raise money for treatment with favorite and original Uzhgorod bands, despite a not very cheerful occasion, was a real treat. Zhenya would definitely like it and she would be dancing in the forefront, her musician friends noted.
Guitarist Rodion Sun Lion, the group "Tequila Band" with original songs and covers of world rock hits performed at the concert. After that, the Joy Orchestra "Vataha" took the stage.
And then, there was the group with Transcarpathian flavour "Trysta8isim"! They just set the place on fire. Everybody was dancing and jumping! On this particular evening, the guys premiered their new song, dedicating it, of course, to Zhenya. All together, they wished her speedy recovery, and as the band leader Pavlo Henov said, "We believe that the next concert will be organized by Zhenya!".
During, the concert, they raised 13 thousand 139 hryvnia, which will be transferred to Zhenya, because the complex surgery will take place soon.
Also, the organizers thank the cafe-club "Olivye" and the company "Solist" for help in arranging the concert. Of course, friends are hoping that the next musical event will be organized Yevheniya Napuda herself.
By the way, in the social network facebook, on the page "Save Zhenya", the charity online auction continues and you can buy interesting books and beautiful gifts, thus helping the young woman to get well.
