The operational-rescue service was reported that during the hike between the mountains of Perespil and Stara in Rakhiv district, health condition of 5 children had deteriorated. They were members of a tourist group consisting of 39 people, who had arrived to Transcarpathia from the city of Dnipro.
A group of rescuers of Rakhiv mountain search and rescue department consisting of 4 men and 1 vehicle were sent to provide aid and transpor the victims.
Around six o’clock in the morning, the rescuers got to the camp, where tourists stopped. At the time of their arrival, the deterioration of health condition was observed in 15 children aged 10-13 years. Currently, the rescuers are transporting the victims to Rakhiv district hospital. The information on the condition, number and place of residence of the victims is to be specified.
