On December 7, Beregovo police officers conducted a search in the house of a 37-year resident of the city of Beregovo, who is a suspect in a criminal proceeding on drug trafficking.
In addition to investigators and operatives, dog handler Police Lieutenant Serhiy Svystak and German shepherd Laura took part in the search.
In the kitchen, the police found a matchbox with cannabis seeds. And in the yard, under the wall of the neighboring house, in a specially made cache, the dog Laura found two plastic bags of marijuana weighing about 300 grams.
The police seized all the found narcotics and sent them for examination.
Criminal proceeding over this incident was initiated, the preliminary investigation continues. Police officers are establishing the channels of drug supply.
