Red Cross announces the Month of Charity (Announcement)

On Monday, April 4, in Uzhgorod Press Club, there will be a press conference to mark the opening of the National Red Cross Month.

The traditional National Month of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine will be held from 1 to 30 of April under the slogan: "Where help is needed - 2016. Join the Red Cross movement."

Its purpose is to attract public attention to the problems of vulnerable groups - internally displaced persons, single disabled elderly people, war and labor veterans, disabled, large and single-parent families, orphans, patients with HIV \ AIDS or tuberculosis, and to form public opinion in favor of charity.

The participants of the press conference:

- Ivanna Szabo, the head of the regional organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine;

- Maria Kitchenko, the deputy head of the organization.

The meeting will be held in Uzhgorod Press Club at Zhupanatska Sq., 15/4

The beginning is at 14.00.
