Vasyl Hubal: "The next wave of mobilization is caused by the need to replace, to return home our Transcarpathian boys"

Opening the meeting on the mobilization on Thursday, January 22, with the participation of the military, law enforcement, local government, that takes place in the Transcarpathian Regional Administration, the head of the region Vasyl Hubal stressed that the new wave of mobilization is caused by the need for rotation of soldiers who have been serving for a long time, so that men could come back home.

The head of the region said: "During this wave of mobilization, we should call up patriots who are willing to defend the state. First of all, it will apply to them, the professionals who have the appropriate skills. It is about the need to replace our guys who have been serving for months or even a year. So I urge all services - military commissariats, law enforcement, SBU, authorities, local governments - to work in concert. Local governments should help commissariats, talk to people. Our task is not to cause panic, to tell countrymen the truth. What is important is that mobilization must be of high quality - sick, poor, vulnerable persons must not be called up...".

At the meeting, they once again reminded that all recruits first would be trained at the relevant centers and must receive from the Ministry of Defence all necessary equipment, and that the region would not leave anyone to fend for themselves.

"I rely on reason of Transcarpathians! And again: to take patriots to the army is the main task of mobilization", - Vasyl Hubal said.
