Uzhgorod has a chance to get rid of three more kiosks

Draft decision "On the dismantling of hardscaping elements" tomorrow will be considered at the next meeting of the Executive Committee.

According to the decision of the Executive Committee of the City Council of 08.12.10 № 409 "On approval of the dismantling of arbitrarily set hardscaping elements and temporary structures", due to the lack of permits, the Executive Committee of the City Council wants to instruct the Department of Municipal Economy together with the municipal police department to dismantle three hardscaping elements.

This refers to the following addresses:

– Peremoha Street (in front of the regional hospital).
– Svoboda Avenue – Zankovetska st. (near the "Kyivstar" st.);
– Fedynets st. (near the bus stop).

Owners of the kiosks will be notified of the time and date of the demolition and they will also bear the costs associated with it. Although experience shows that more often than not those people can never be found.
