Uzhgorod coffee shop won a trial on the summer terrace

This was announced by the restaurateur Robert Levitsky on his page on facebook.

"Cafe La Bouchee won the trial whose decision is important for all entrepreneurs, who have outdoor terraces near their facilities, and for Uzhgorod, its residents and tourists in general.

Here's the thing. The Executive Committee demanded all Uzhgorod businesses to obtain permissions for open terraces. While by law, only the approval of the chief architect is required. That is, the corrupt scheme of the former executive committee remained in Uzhgorod. And most importantly, a decision would be taken not by an expert in the field of architecture and design, but by people that had no professional relations to this matter. Accordingly, a decision would be taken subjectively.

According to the court ruling, the actions of the executive committee and, in particular, the city council officials, who demanded to obtain permissions for open terraces, were declared unlawful.

With regard specifically to the La Bouchee, the court found the decision of the executive committee of Uzhgorod city council to dismantle the summer terrace unlawful and canceled it" - Mr. Robert wrote.
