January 27, the Minister of Infrastructure Andriy Pivovarsky instructed the central authorities to carry out all tender procurements with online broadcasting of the procedures for the selection of winner.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian on his page on Facebook.

"The Minister has just signed a separate instruction to central authorities, such as "UZ", airports, AMPU, "Ukraerorukh", to conduct all tender procurements with online broadcast of the procedures for selection of winner" - Omelian wrote.

"As soon as we find money for e-Governance, we will also broadcast them on the site of the Ministry", - the deputy minister said.

He also said that on Tuesday, the Minister will address the heads of departments and their deputies with a request to consent to the publication of their declarations for 2013.
