Semal may become the main ecologist of Transcarpathia
The former acting mayor of Uzhgorod Vitaliy Semal is to be appointed as the new director of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.

The department is currently headed by Yuriy Shpontak who has been working at the RSA since 2010. In 2010, he unsuccessfully ran for the Regional Council as a member of the Party of Regions.
According to the declaration submitted for special verification, last year Semal earned 115,000 UAH, received from the state 16,000 UAH of financial assistance. He owns an apartment of 50 square meters and two cars - "Chevrolet" and "VAZ".
