According to art historian, the head of the exhibition department of the Art Museum and, most importantly, the artist's wife Olena Prikhodko: "The opening of the exhibition is an extraordinary event because it is the exhibition of paintings that glow and warm, radiate good and clean energy. Vyacheslav was a happy man, as evidenced by his work. They are perceived more clearly and distinctly after many years, every time you find new details in them," - the wife of the artist said.
In the halls of the museum, Mrs. Olena tells, there are known and new works. But al of them reflect the character of the author. "Vyacheslav was a bold man. We can recall 60s and 70s, when some paintings were not allowed to be exhibited. Then artists were accused of formalism. But Slava always defended his position and remained true to his creative program. Even in the most difficult times, he remained true to himself " - Olena Prikhodko says.
The museum displays more than fifty paintings that can be seen for two more weeks.
