"Happy Children" call to help the children of the East

The NGO "Happy Children" suggests Uzhgorod moms and dads to do a big cleaning up at their homes. And even better - to engage their children to the process. The collected toys and books, that are no longer of interest to their own children, can become an incredible gift for other kids.In particular, for young Transcarpathians from poor families or those living in hot spots of our country - in Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

In particular, on their page in the social network Facebook, they say: "The NGO "Happy Children" and anyone who believes that every child should be happy, propose to share toys))) We were just cleaning up the house and just showed our children the children of Donbas. We showed them pictures of children from low-income families. As a result, the kids brought 3 bags of toys and asked to bring them to those kids. Now, many people. before the New Year collect toys. We decided to organize the campaign lasting a month, not tied to holidays. For children need attention every day, not just on holidays. One half of the collected toys, children's books will go to the east. To the children, who live where the war is. The other one - to Transcarpathian low-income families. The point of collection is the shop "Ihrashka" at Svoboda Avenue, 32 in Uzhgorod."

Currently, Uzhgorod residents have already started bringing toys. The campaign will last until February 1, after which the results will be announced in the media and on the website of the NGO (currently under construction). In addition, the organizers suggest to photograph the children, who will participate, and send photos at [email protected] They will be published on the site.
