The broken dome on a street light on Svoboda Avenue still has not been replaced. By the way, it has been there for years. Local street lights are not maintained properly. 

Uzhgorod is an interesting city. It often happens that some caring people do some good thing, for example, put garbage bins, build a fountain or install lights, and then are not too eager to maintain order and serviceability of the "gift for townspeople…" 

Well, we have a broken lamp and approaching elections – perhaps someone will pay attention?
