Yesterday, September 20, the group of the 6th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Vynogradiv was engaged for deblocking a victim of an accident.

The report of an accident on the highway segment in Vynogradiv on Ivan Franko street came to the operational-rescue service of Transcarpathia at about 15:48. Most likely, due to heavy rain and wet road surface, the 18-year-old driver of a car "BMW M3" (Hungarian registration), moving in the direction of the village of Onok, lost control, slid into a ditch and collided with a tree.

Two passengers born in 1949 and 2007 were injured in the accident. Both are residents of the city of Chervonograd in Lviv district, they were delivered by an ambulance to the intensive care unit of Vynogradiv district hospital. The condition of victims is stable.

Local rescuers, using hydraulic tools, freed the older passenger, who was sitting to the right of the driver, from the car. To do this, rescuers had to cut the stuck door of the car.

Detailed circumstances of the incident are being established by law enforcement.
