The festival “My native land” starts (Announcement)

The International festival of TV and radio programs for national minorities "My native land" will be held at the Transcarpathian RSTBC (TISA-1) for the seventeenth consecutive year. 

           The forum organizers are the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, Transcarpathian Regional State TV and Radio Company, Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.  The partner of the festival is the office of the SES Astra AB company in Ukraine.

            The XVII International TV and radio festival for national minorities "My native land" will be held from 09 to 12 of September, 2015, at the hotel-restaurant complex "Camelot" (Uzhgorod district, the village of  Kamyanytsia).

 The participants of the XVII International festival of TV and radio programs for national minorities "My native land" are: Ukraine, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Germany, Serbia, Austria, Sweden.

         70 television projects by studios from Ukraine, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Austria and 42 radio programs from Ukraine, Romania, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Germany have been submitted for the competition.

The international jury will be working for two days (from 09.09.14 to 09.10.14).

During the festival, there will be numerous workshops, exchange of experience of foreign and Ukrainian media, film screenings, tours to get acquainted with the land, and the culinary competition "Ethno-pot."
