Contacting the “Zakarpathaz” for residents of Uzhgorod and the district will be easier

The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC introduces multi-line phone for consumers of natural gas in the city of Uzhgorod and Uzhgorod district

55.7 thousand residents of Uzhgorod and Uzhgorod district now have the opportunity to report indications of gas meters by calling the newly opened multi-channel telephone line. And in the long term, it is planned that all consumers of Transcarpathian region will be able to address their questions operators of the single contact center.

Starting September 23, this year, customers of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC and "Zakarpathaz Zbut" LLC will be able to report indications of gas meters by calling (0312) 48-83-04. At present, the telephone line is operationg from 14:00 to 18:00, as in the first half of the day employees receive citizens personally.

Calls on multi-line phone (0312) 48-83-04 for our customers will be free.

Thus "Zakarpathaz" PJSC expands opportunities of communication with their customers and saves them time for additional visits to the customer service department.
