"Zakarpathaz" PJSC has created a contact center for customers

The Contact Centre for all natural gas consumers in Transcarpathian region opens on October 21. All our customers will be able to receive there high-quality advisory services, comprehensive professional answer to all their questions, report indicators of meters by calling a single number (0312) 48-83 -04. Qualified operators will be processing customers's appeals daily from 8.00 to 20.00.

The purpose of the call center is to provide quality feedback to our customers and to introduce more efficient format of cooperation between the "Zakarpathaz" JSC and the consumers of natural gas. From now on, our customers can receive advice on all matters by calling a single number of the Contact Center (0312) 48-83-04 daily from 8:00 to 20:00, or by sendting message by e-mail [email protected]. Landline calls are charged according to urban and long-distance rates, calls from mobile phones - according to the tariff plan of your mobile operator. 


The modern software and hardware allows operators of the Center to timely and properly handle several phone calls at the same time, and thanks to the convenient algorithm, operators receive complete information on the personal account of the client within seconds and promptly reply to their questions. We hope that this service will be a convenient format of interaction for the customers and the company.
