Three migrants from Turkey and Kazakhstan were detained in Transcarpathia

Yesterday, in Transcarpathia, border guards of the department "Tisa" of the Chop detachment detained a citizen of Kazakhstan. A local resident reported to border guards about an unknown man moving towards Ukrainian-Hungarian border.

A response group arrived at the scene and detained the offender 250 meters from the state border. The detainee had no documents and reported that he was a citizen of Kazakhstan. The man admitted that he intended to illegally enter the European Union.

Two more illegal migrants were detained by border guards in the area of ​​responsibility of the department "Uzhgorod" of the same detachment. The illegal immigrants were found in a train Lviv-Uzhgorod. The men had no documents. During the interview, border guards found out that both migrants were citizens of Turkey. They planned to get into the EU, bypassing checkpoints.

Reports of administative violations against all three illegal immigrants were made. Their further fate will be decided in court.
