Who voted for the carve-up in Uzhgorod (official)

The printouts of the voting indicating the names of the deputies at the infamous fourth plenary meeting of the XXVII session of Uzhgorod City Council of the VI convocation, which took place on November 9, were posted on the official website of Uzhgorod city council.

As reported, the meeting took place in the "mined" room, where journalists and civic activists were not allowed.

Contrary to the publicly declared position, member of the "Solidarnist" Rostislav Bulanov voted "for" on most issues. Instead, member of the "Batkivshchyna" Ivan Kolodiy, who was present in the hall, did not participate in the voting. Apparently, he did not even put his card in the voting panel.

Significantly, when activists and journalists entered the hall, several deputies stopped pushing the "for" button before the cameras, and thus a number of decisions were not adopted.
In general, these printouts are interesting not only because they show how certain deputies of the city council of the "old" convocation behaved in a "critical" situation, but also as an evidence in the upcoming court case, because social activists have already prepared an appropriate claim to court in which they will appeal against the results of the voting.
