Yuriy Andrukhovych presented his new book in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)
As part of the "March cats" festival, the recital of the poet, novelist, translator and essayist Yuriy Andrukhovych took place in the Transcarpathian Regional Puppet Theater "Bavka". The writer presented his new book of essays "Fantomas is buried here." The moderator of the presentation was the poet Andriy Lyubka.
Works of Andrukhovych are translated into Polish, English, German, French, Russian, Hungarian, Finnish, Swedish, Spanish, Czech, Slovak.
Yuri Andrukhovych is the winner of the Blagovist Literature Award (1993), Ray Lapiky Prize (1996), Herder International Prize (2001), etc.
He speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English and German.
