Transcarpathian traffic policemen returned home from the East (PHOTOS)

Last weekend, a combined squad of traffic police officers of Transcarpathian region came home from the ATO zone. 15 officers from various departments in five crews were serving in the zone of the antiterrorist operation in eastern Ukraine.

The squad was headed by the Police Lt. Oleksandr Kovalchuk. All inspectors returned home unharmed.

The heroes were greeted by the deputy chief of the regional police Oleksandr Hebesh, the chief of the regional traffic police Mykhailo Boychuk, fellow colleagues, family and friends.

Oleksandr Hebesh presented the officers insignia from the Regional Military Commissariat for diligent performamce of their duties to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens while ensuring public order in the eastern regions of Ukraine.
