The body of another fallen hero - Roman Kozychko - was delivered to Transcarpathia (PHOTOS)
With lighted lamps and shouts "Heroes do not die!", Tyachiv met the hero Roman Kozychko killed near Debaltseve.
On the night of 5 to 6 of March, the funeral procession, which brought the killed 30-year-old soldier of the 128th separate mountain infantry brigade Roman Kozychko, stopped at the house of the soldier's parents. Residents of Tyachiv met their defender with lighted lamps and shouts "Heroes do not die!". The bus with the coffin was escorted by a convoy of nearly fifty cars with Ukrainian flags organized by volunteers and activists of Tyachiv district.
Hundreds of residents of the city and the surrounding area came to pay tribute to the countryman, who sacrificed his life for the sake of Ukraine.
Father Ivan Monych, the rector of the Holy Protection Church and priest Vasyl Chellenyak conducted a memorial service.
People brought wreaths to express condolences.
Heartache of grief-stricken parents is immeasurable.
