Another squad of Transcarpathian police officers went to the ATO area (PHOTOS)
This morning, in Uzhgorod, another group of Transcarpathian policemen went to the ATO area for
rotation. They will replace their colleagues on duty in Donetsk region.
The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, police colonel
Serhiy Sharanych addressed the officers with a parting speech. Serhiy Sharanych wished his
colleagues to perform their mission with dignity and to return home safe and sound.
And since today is also the birthday of Ukrainian genius Taras Shevchenko, the command of the
consolidated laid a basket of flowers to the monument on Narodna Square.
The police officers were traditionally blessed for a long journey by Fr. Ivan who himself once was in
the ATO area as military chaplain and was twice wounded by the enemy sniper bullet.
