Vegetarian master class in Uzhgorod: Indian cuisine (Announcement)

An Indian from New Delhi will teach Uzhgorod residents to cook traditional Indian dishes and share the secrets of mixing spices.

"This time we invited to conduct a master class Ram Krishna, from New Delhi, who is now studying in medical school in Uzhgorod. He cooks very well and often treats us with his dishes.  Because in fact in Uzhgorod there is no place to have real authentic Indian food, and you understand that after visiting Ram" - the organizers of the master class Tetyana and Igor Zhovkivsky say.

In addition, Ram can be considered a pure vegetarian - he has never eaten meat, fish, and eggs. The same as his parents, grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Although he studies medicine, the last time he was sick himself was when he was around 6 years old. He suffers neither cold nor any other serious disease, but admits: Ukrainian climate is indeed quite severe for Hindus.

"Ram gives special attention to spices and their preparation. So he promised us to reveal some secrets at the master class." - the organizers say.

So if you want to try something exotic, sign up for the master class!

The traditional venue is at Svabska St., 58, cafe "Karamelka." Sunday 10 May, beginning at 16.00.

 Participation fee is 20 UAH.

Mandatory registration by phone - 050 714 70 70 (Tetyana)
