Two groups of illegal immigrants were detained at the border with Hungary

Today, on May 6, border guards of the Chop detachment detained another group of illegal migrants seeking to illegally get to Hungary.

"Green berets" of the "Chop" department received the information about three men of Asian appearance in the border area. Following the unknown persons, they let them get closer to the border. Border guards detained the offenders in an abandoned building on the outskirts of Chop, as the "travellers" were moving very carefully and tried to hide in it. The men told the border guards that they came from Sri Lanka, but had no IDs.

The detainees were taken to the unit, where the measures to identify them and to draw up administrative procedural documents will be taken. The fate of the natives of South Asia will be decided by the court.

Another three "seekers of happiness" were detained yesterday by border guards of the Mukachevo detachment. Border guards of the "Luzhanka" department prevented two immigrants from Syria and one from Algeria to illegally enter Hungary.
