According to the press service of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine, since the beginning of 2015, the SFS Contact Center has provided 518.4 thousand answers to questions asked by economic entities and citizens. Most of them have been provided by phone - 500.1 thousand. 16.1 thousand answers have been provided by e-mail and fax. 2.2 thousand answers to questions have been provided using voicemail machine.

Most often, economic entities were interested in issues related to the value added tax, single contribution for compulsory social insurance, tax on personal income and corporate income tax.

To avoid ambiguous interpretation of legal provisions, answers are provided using the Knowledge Base. It is an automated database of standardized responses to questions of economic entities and citizens, which is constantly updated and maintained to date.

In January-April 2015, taxpayers were given 288 written consultations using the Knowledge Base. As of May 1, the Knowledge Base has 12.8 thousand questions - answers.

For convenience of economic entities and citizens, the Knowledge Base is hosted on the official web portal of the State Fiscal Service in the "Questions and Answers" section of the Public Information and Reference Resource.

From the beginning of the year, 963.8 thousand users of the official website of the SFS have found answers using the PIRR.
