Tourinfocenter collects complaints from tourists
As previously reported, the Tourist information center of Transcarpathia collects complaints and suggestions from tourists visiting Transcarpathia in spring and during the May holidays in 2015.
According to the director of the Transcarpathian Tourinfocenter Oleksandr Koval, such information is very important and in the future will be used to develop propositions to improve the institutions of the tourism industry.
By the way, they already have first letters. According to Oleksandr Koval, people write that they are "ready to teach us to organize festivals, fairs, serve and cook food. But there are also complaints about the business (hotels, restaurants, museums...)." The results are to be published after May 12.
Currently, they ask to send comments and suggestions by e-mail: [email protected]. In the subject line, they ask to specify the complaint / suggestion and the name of the facility. Also they ask to specify in the letter the name and address of the institution, your location, what you complain about (event, service, accommodation, food) and whether you have comments on the work of guides, waiters, hotel workers, carriers, museums, date of stay and initials (optional).
Some most common complaints will be published on the site of the Tourinforcenter of Transcarpathia http://tourinform.org.ua/ and sent to managers of the specified institutions.
