The forum of Transcarpathian cuisine will take place in Uzhgorod (Announcement)

On May 28, at 17:00, the First Congress-Forum of Transcarpathian cuisine will take place, the Tourinform Transcarpathia informs.

The tasting will start at 17.00. There will be the presentation of the best dishes from Transcarpathian restaurants, tasting of Transcarpathian culinary products from manufacturers.

Also, during the First Congress-Forum of the Transcarpathian Cuisine, the organizers will treat all participants with a roasted pig.

The participants of the event will plant "The Tree of Friendship" as a sign of development of culinary traditions of Transcarpathia.

Programme of the event:

15:00 – the beginning of the first "Congress-Forum of Transcarpathian cuisine";
16:00 – Meeting of the congress-forum participants and organizers with journalists;
17:00 – Launch of the children’s location – aqua make-up, animators;
17:00 – Presentation of dishes from the makers of Transcarpathian cuisine;
17:30 – The participants of the Congress-Forum will plant "The Tree of Friendship";
18.00 – Gastronomic contests for speed eating of chicken wings and pancakes with jam.
