Motherland is calling!

Dear residents of the region!

According to the Chief of General Staff – the Commander of Armed Forces of Ukraine, the command staff training in territorial defense is planned to be held in Khust district of Transcarpathian region.

The training will begin with notification of persons subject to military service, who will be involved in this training, on 19-21 of May, 2015. Persons, who have received a call from the district (city) military commissariat to report at the assembly point, must report at the point on the day and time specified in the call.

        I appeal to you, real men. Having received a call, report at the military commissariat in time and join the training. You will be taught to skillfully use small arms, you will take part in interesting informative training on various military subjects, including medical aid for injuries and wounds.

The rights and obligations of servicemen during training are established by the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" of 1992 with amendments and other legal acts.

Managers of enterprises, institutions, organizations and educational institutions regardless of their subordination and ownership, at the request of the military commissars, shall ensure timely arrival of reservists to specified assembly points. 

Article 30 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" establishes categories of persons that may be exempt from participation in the training.

The active phase of the training is scheduled for 1-5 of June, 2015. The purpose of these training is to test the existing system of territorial defense.
