Today, May 24, at 16.00 a nationwide campaign, which aims to promote national clothing, traditions, and culture, will start on Teatralna Square!
Kyiv, Odesa, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Luhansk, Poltava, Berdychiv, Chernihiv, Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk and other Ukrainian cities, as well as Russia’s Voronezh will take part in this year’s "Mega-Parade in embroidered shirts".
The coordinators of the campaign in Uzhgorod – activists of the youth organization "Foundation of Regional Initiatives" – determined the following the route of the parade: Teatralna Square – the pedestrian bridge – Kyivska embankment – the vehicle bridge – Nezalezhnist embankment – Narodna Square – Nezalezhnist embankment – Teatralna Square.
And at 17.00, we remind, in the puppet theater, there will be the official presentation of the film "Airport. That day" – the story of the heroic struggle of Ukrainian soldiers.
