Transcarpathian policemen told about cases of high-profile detentions

Summing up the work for the first 5 months of the year, the head of technical service department of the State Protection Service Office at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Office of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region Andriy Aleksyk told reporters about high-profile detentions

- This year began not only with thefts but also with robberies. Everyone has heard about the incident in the village of Storozhnytsya when unidentified men were torturing father in the presence of a child. Then the young family was saved by the "alarm button". The criminals were arrested at the scene of the crime. Trials continue. Two of them have already taken place. But, sadly, the victim still can not walk - Andriy Aleksyk says.

- Actually, it's not the only robbery in 2015 - the head of the TSD continues.- In one store, a shop assistant had to experience a situation often shown in the movies, when two unknown masked men, threatening with a knife, demanded money. Fortunately in this case no one was hurt, well, except the criminals, of course - they were caught by the police and taken to the police station.

- The incident, which once again proves the resourcefulness of offenders, occurred during the Easter holidays. A man decided to rob a jewelry store, using a device for cutting metal and a radio station to track the arrival of the police. But it was also a failure - the police officers arrived at the scene of the crime in time.

In all these cases, victims were rescued by policemen.
