The "Zakarpathaz" will terminate gas supply to consumers who refuse to have gas meters installed
Since the adoption of the Resolution of the CMU №237 of 29.04.2015 which amends the document setting consumption rates for gas consumers-individuals, namely the Resolution of the CMU №619 of 08.06.1996, the number of customers refusing to have free gas meters installed has been rapidly increasing. This is not surprising, because the government decided to reduce current consumption rates for consumers, using gas stoves and gas stoves in conjunction with water heaters, by half.
Now, the consumption rates for the said category of consumers are 4,5 and 9 cubic meters for one person per month respectively. Naturally, the adoption of this resolution demotivates consumers to have meters installed either at their own expense, or at the expense of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC.
To avoid misunderstandings which may appear in the near future if consumers refuse to have gas meters installed, the "Zakarpathaz" emphasizes that, according to the Law of Ukraine "On the commercial accounting of gas" of 16.06.2011, the company will be obliged to terminate gas supply to consumers if they refuse to have gas meters installed at the expense of the gas distribution enterprise.
The "Zakarpathaz" PJSC appeals to consumers with a request to pay special attention to this information, because the installation of meters is performed according to existing schedules published on the official website of the Company.
To agree on the time for installation of the meter at your home or for more information, please contact the Service Center of the "Zakarpathaz" PJSC in person or by telephone: 61-94-35, 61-94-48 and +38 (099) 658 06 56, +38 (067) 244 32 66.
