The period of increased vigilance

In the summer, during school holidays, most children will be on the street. There, in the circle of peers, they may be tempted to show off with a cigarette or a bottle of beer. Do not sell prohibited products to children, the press service of the regional police calls.

The sale of beer, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited in Ukraine.

For violation of the legislation, workers of trade or catering facilities shall be fined 30 to 100 untaxed minimum incomes of citizens (510-1700 UAH).

The police appeals to owners and sellers of retail facilities requesting to adhere strictly to the laws of Ukraine, not to sell children alcohol and tobacco. Because each of us is responsible for future generations.

Selling alcohol or cigarettes to children, remember that someone can offer smoke or drink to your child.

Traffic police also warn: Summer is also the time of frequent children's injuries. So the traffic police appeal to drivers asking to be careful and cautious while driving.

Do not forget that children are on the streets!

Follow the traffic rules.

Do not exceed speed limit, because someone's life depends on it.
