On Fedynets street, there is sand right in the middle of the sidewalk (Photo-fact)

A large pile of sand poured out of a truck can be seen right on the sidewalk. 

Fedynets street is popular among developers, so similar "details" are not new there. However, mothers with baby carriages, pensioners, students and all passers are forced to go around the pile by the roadway exposing themselves to a threat.

Recall, that not so long ago, 5 houses were being built along this street, and new construction materials on the street show that they are not going to stop.
