Leading neurologists and neurosurgeons from all over Ukraine will gather in Uzhgorod

On Thursday, June 4, at 11.30 (in the conference hall of UzhNU), there will be the opening of the annual scientific and educational project for professionals - School of Clinical Neurosciences "Carpathian readings -2015." The school brought together leading experts in neurology and neurosurgery. Among the main organizers and participants of this year's "Carpathian readings," there are major non-staff specialists of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine on issues of neurology and psychiatry. The event will take place on June, 4-6.

  Neurologists and neurosurgeons from almost all regions of Ukraine, who tirelessly seek answers to urgent questions of modern neurological science and want to have a professional communication, have been gathering in Uzhgorod for neurological meetings in informal setting for 9 years.  The participants of the Carpathian readings 2015 will pay particular attention to the issue of medical care and rehabilitation of participants of the ATO.  Young patients with severe diseases of the brain and spinal cord as a result of gunshot injuries should return to normal life.

Volodymyr Smolanka, Professor, Rector of UzhNUTamara Mishchenko, Professor, Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Addiction of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Mykola Polishchuk, Professor, the Chairman of the Neurosurgeon Training Commission of the Ukrainian Association of Neurosurgeons, the President of of the National public stroke association and other leading experts. 

The School of Clinical Neurosciences "Carpathian readings" is one of the most interesting and important medical events in the Western region. Each year, themed sessions are held at the event. Multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary formats enrich professional experience of experts and meet modern European principles of continuous professional medical education.
