Delicious festival (Announcement)

Transcarpathian land is known for its festivals, because here almost every local product or dish is honored with individual holiday. The village of Kolochava decided to keep up. Recently, the first Czech beer festival successfully took place there, and the festival of riplyanka is ahead.
Riplyanka is traditional local dish, which is cooked several times a week in each house of the village. The dish is made of boiled mashed potatoes ("ripa" in local dialect) and corn flour. Riplyanka is cooked over low heat in a frying pan, while stirred with a wooden stick (tokanyanyk).
